林盛达实验室综合体内模型、计算生物学、生物化学和遗传分析等手段，研究肝再生、肝肿瘤、以及基因治疗的靶向递送。目前的研究重点在肝脏纤维化向肿瘤转变的演化过程和肝病的基因治疗。

Our Research Mission is to counter functional decline of stem cells and increased cancer propensity during aging. We integrates in vivo models, bioinformatics, biochemistry and genetics to understand the fundamental principles of regeneration and tumorigenesis in the liver and other organs. Ongoing studies in the lab include metabolic regulation of liver homeostasis, dynamic clonal evolution in cancer, and targeted gene therapy.
